Terms of Service

1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for everything that happens under it. Keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use CraftFolio.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload — portfolios, images, descriptions, and comments. By posting, you grant CraftFolio a license to host and display that content as part of operating the service. Only post work you created or have the right to share.
3. Acceptable use
Don't harass other users, impersonate others, post illegal or infringing content, misrepresent work as your own, manipulate the vouch system, spam, or attempt to breach the platform's security. Violations can result in content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.
4. Paid features
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Commissions and transactions between users
CraftFolio provides tools for creators and clients to find each other. Commission agreements, payments, and deliverables are between the users involved — CraftFolio is not a party to those transactions and does not escrow funds.
6. Service availability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftFolio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
CraftFolio is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
